Yesterday we went out again to look at houses and I think we found "the one". We put an offer in and the deadline was today at noon for the seller to sign it. My realtor called this morning and wouldn't ya know, the seller is in the freaking hospital. What are the chances of that? We're thinking that maybe he's so sick that he'll sign anything! Wish us luck.

So the headache continues, it sounds like. Hopefully he doesn't keep you waiting too long. Is the house within ward boundaries?
