After much waiting, stressing and sleep loss we were finally able to sign papers for our new house this morning!!!
We negotiated with the seller and had to sit around and wait for papers to be run down to the hospital for him to sign and we finally heard that we signed them yesterday afternoon. We agreed to full price but we'll have to pay $300 or so for closing. Not bad. We will most likely close on the 29th unless we can back it up one week to the 22nd which was when our buyer wanted to close to begin with. Next step inspection and appraisal.
We are very excited to make a new house our home. For those of you in our amazing ward will be moving to the Stetson Hills Ward, but we're only just on the other side of the boundary. I was seriously loving 8:30 church so that I could have my nap in the afternoon. Oh well back to 1:30 but at least we'll be at 8:30 next year!!!

Oh my heck that is so exciting that you'll be in our ward! Syd will love to see you and the boys every Sunday. She asks about you guys all the time! How fun! Let us know if you need help packing and moving.

I drove by the house yesterday to see if there was a sold sign yet, glad to hear it all worked out in the end!!!
That is very exciting news for you guys! Sad to see you move, but I'm sure we'll still run into you and get to see those cute babies grow up! Truly, what a blessing that your house sold so fast and you were able to find a new one just as quick!
