Yesterday I took Liza to the doctor for her 12 month check up. She weighs 15 pounds 12.5 oz which is below the 3%. She didn't even register on the graph. Her height is 27 1/2", 10% and her head is 17 1/8, also 10%. How bout them stats Collins?
The doctor luckily wasn't concerned about her weight saying that most kids drop weight at about 12 months due to activity. But she did refer us to a speach therapist for her eating habits, I know weird. Liza chokes sometimes on her food and doesn't seen to like textures, so she thinks that a speach person could help desensitize her mouth. Whatever. If my insurance doesn't pay for it I'm not doing it. Although last night she seemed to eat much better. I gave her a plate of peas, stuffing, and chicken and she did okay with it. Most of it landed on her lap than in her mouth but it's a start.
She also got 3 shots and did pretty well. She's been like a junkie on tylenol. Her legs are super tender and had some difficulty going to bed last night. All in all she's healthy.

I guess Julia and Liza will be an odd couple when playing together--hopefully Julia won't accidentally hurt her.
Julia has been packing the food away lately, but Lanelle has cut back and eats less than she used to. It's strange how their eating habits fluctuate so much.
