Here are our new garden boxes. I built the big one and when we filled in the dirt we had enough to build the second one. I planted tomatoes, peas, carrots, beans, scallions, cucs, lettuce, radishes, beets and strawberries. I can't wait to see my seedlings begin to pop. It was a great day to be outside working in the yard. Barry also put in the retaining wall with brick and it turned out nice. Hopefully we can be fruitful, now we must pray over our crops!

That is awesome, Shannon! I've been wanting to plant my own garden for years, but have always been too intimidated to try. I can't seem to keep anything alive! You'll have to keep us posted. If it's really as simple as it seems and you have good results, maybe I'd be willing to give it a shot. It would sure help on the cost of groceries! Not to mention fresh veggies!! Who doesn't love those?
Shannon, way to go! They look great. Fresh veggies from the garden is what summer is all about. I wish you luck with your crop! The retaining wall rocks.
