Lately the question of the morning has been "Long or short sleeves, mom?" Then a bit of detective work is involved. I venture out to the backyard to test the weather, to which I give my reply based on my scientific experiment that was just performed.
Has anyone else noticed the change in weather this year? This time last year I believe we were digging out of roughly 6 inches of snow and today I'm sending Jared to school in shorts because it's going to be 70 degrees. It is November, right, or did I not get the memo?
On a Payton related note, this morning I was coaxing him out from under the table to draw when I noticed that we wasn't acknowledging my request. I continued to get him paper and crayons when I see him peek out from under the corner of the table with nothing other than a chocolate smear across his face and a Reese's Peanut Butter cup in hand. WAAH-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Apparently coloring is better than chocolate.
