Good luck, I am not one to give advice...I am not a great cook. I hope it turns out for you.
It's just soaking the turkey in salt water over night. If you find a recipe for the ratio (salt to water) it will be good. We've done it once,in a cooler in the garage. Don't worry to much about it - this would be hard to screw up.
Sorry I'm not much help... sounds yummy though! You'll have to share whatever recipe you end up using, assuming it turns out good.
