This is from my good friend Alisha. She is always making them and I think that my favorite part is actually the dough. I decided that I needed something sweet and yummy so I busted out this recipe. I'm usually more of a snicker doodle or molasses girl these are pretty darn good too.
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats or 3/4 old fashioned
2 1/2 c. flour
1 bag semi-sweet choc chips
Bake at 350* for 7-8 minutes
