Today I almost successfully pulled out all of my hair. I'm totally at my wits end with my boys. There is constant fighting, ie lightsabers, karate, and swords and general disregard for the rules. Jared is having trouble giving Payton his deserved space and Payton is having trouble not crying about it. I feel as if all I'm doing is hollering at them and it's definetely not paying off.
So as of 1230 today I've officially dusted off the parenting bible and started brushing up on my "skills" or lack thereof. (Sorry Valeri, I know you wanted to borrow it, but I'm desperate).
I am now on a pilgramage to parent with praise. I know that it will pay off, it already did years ago when I first read the book. I have just fallen into bad habits and have gotten rusty.

No worries... I'm still trying to finish the book I started three weeks ago! Then I've got 2 more waiting for me to read after that. Let me know when you're finished, and I'll lend you 'I Am a Mother'.

Well you know I don't have any advice since you have been around my son. I have read that book though, it's been a few months but it inspired me to be a better parent for a few days! Good luck!
